Imo was in same court with Rivers State. The only thing NBC can do is to approach the supreme court for their verdict and harmonize their job
NBC action of going ahead with their demarcation is like INEC saying they will continue with an electoral process when supreme court has cancelled an election or declared someone the winner

NBC can't go contrary to the findings of the supreme court. They will now use the findings of the court to formalize the boundary otherwise it will be exercise in futility.

Oga the nbc has no business with the ruling of the Supreme Court,the Supreme Court made a judgement on natural resources, whereas the NBC intends to make a boundary demarcation clearly this are two different things.
The imo state government after the demarcation has been made would ask for a review of the hasty judgement made by the Supreme Court

The point here is the NBC should be allowed to do thier constitutional job. Supreme Court verdict can be reviewed but that is left to IMO state to decide based on the outcome of the boundary demarcation.
