Has anyone one here knows how to mute the beeping noise of the prepaid meter circle in Red on the attached image? The one circle in blue was the one I was using before and muting it was straight forward. One thing I noticed about the new one is that the beeping stop by 7pm or there about and start again 7am the nxt day repeatedly

the noise irritates sha.
subconsciously, I recharge to avoid it.

But na my neighbour own be wahala now.

Try this

Press 045 followed by the Enter key on the bottom right.

Na the distribution company set am like that so that they go fit monitor the meter for day time

Press 045 send then enter your meter number it will stop but try recharge too

search for the name on Google. All needed codes are there. It's 045 for this type

Pls my own meter no longer shows anything on the display...I dont know how I will recharge when my car finishes.

Even the remote module wasnt successful the last time I tried using it to recharge. So I had to press the numbers directly on the meter which has now gone blank.

Any advice please?

I have similar problem and it's taking EKEDC almost a month to come and attend to it..pathetic!

Contact the DISCO for help. There is a faulty wire connection.
