I think the court equally has jurisdiction as much as FHC Abuja does. Emefiele hails from Delta and he equally obtained his membership from Delta state. As much as he resides and does his governmental business in Abuja, his membership card can be traced down to Delta state where he hails from.

Let me just be watching what the NJC will do. This same Kwale High Court is part of the problem APGA has today (between Edozie Njoku & Victor Oye). They give a lot of conflicting orders that give problems.
