Some say it's better to flush it in the toilet while some others advised burying it.
I've also heard of people drying it, making it into fine powder and then encapsulating it. The capsules will then be consumed daily till it's exhausted.

So please, I'd like to know what to do with my "after birth". Thank you.

The best way is to use it and prepare pepper soup and eat it.

I was thinking in same direction. Use it to cook yam pepper soup. I believe the Binis call it Ukodo

Mine was buried. I was considering encapsulating it but I don't know if it's ideal.

Just know that any abnormal tins u do with it would have a direct impact on ur child.

Did it for two of my children and buried the first one when I had no knowledge on how best to do it.
