Please I need help on how to draft a letter to VFS office, I plan to submit my application for Schengen visa next week ,please can some put me through on steps to write the letter,format and so on .. I really would appreciate. Thanks.

Why you will not staying beyond your proposed date of exit.
How you intend to fund your trip.
Reason for choosing to apply via the selected country's embassy.

P.S: Ensure your reasons are genuine and effectively aligns with your stated purpose.
