I’m a Catholic bruh, read through my posts and get an idea of where I stand on this. I’m just trying to have an adult discussion with people who might have extreme views or opinions and try to hammer some common sense and empathy into their heads without getting emotional about it cause then they can play the victim card as well.

You seem to have an ulterior motive.

Bro thank you very bringing up a very valid point, nowhere was Prophet Mohammed mentioned in the VN and from all indications she was responding to what seemed like threats based on how she spoke and her use of the words “Holy ghost fire” multiple times

And as for your second point that’s what I’m trying to get them to see using logic, why fight for someone who you believe has more power than you and can win his own battles?
Do you understand hausa?

Lete tell you my friend..
An average Muslim is a terrorist this is the reason terrorism in the North cannot go away cos there are terrorism in the bush and at homes in the North.

What those bastards did was exactly what's written in the Quran.

This is where and the reason terrorism is born.

Islam is never a religion of peace.

Islam advocates violence.

I wonder how the Muslims bastards will believe they can fight for God or that man madman Mohammed to which they have not seen but cannot fight Boko Haram that killed and raped their women.
When you see a Muslim know u have seen a potential terrorist.

Now answer this question..

Where in Deborah's conversation she mentioned Mohammed?

And if she do is he so powerless to be defended by streets agberos?

Mohammed OS the cause of all the evil happening in the world today.

Until we match this bastards violence for violence they will not start.

We need to stop this nonsense of " God will fight our battle " was God asleep when those headslammers killed Deborah?

We should start giving them Israelites treatment.

Your god must have greatly disappoint you that you now double speak.

But, atleast you are talking real...

This shows that you already made up your mind and made a decision so why are you asking for the opinion of Muslims?

Secondly, I guess you listened to a different audio.

If you listen to the actual audio you will notice that she was not the only person in the place where she was recording the voice note.

She stated her grievance and her colleagues did not say anything. Then she went the extra mile to involve the prophet and that is the point you will here undertone of voices called her name and cautioned her.

Since you claim to understand Hausa, then you should know "Manzo". If you listened to the right video you will hear her call Manzo and it is at that point that you will hear some voices probably of her friends cautioning her.

Where the guys wrong to do what they did?

Yes, very wrong.

Was she wrong to involve the prophet (SAW) after stating her grievance?

Yes, very wrong

First of all, I stated clearly that I wanted your personal opinions on this regardless of my feelings on the matter.

Secondly, you seem to be quickly glossing over the fact she said “Holy ghost fire” and where she also said that nothing will happen to them, why would she make such a statement unprovoked?

Last but not least, Manzo only means messenger and does not in anyway specifically refer to Mohammed or any other prophet by name. You really sat here to try and justify the cold blooded murder of a young girl over a very ambiguous voice note

Wow, just wow

Wow, just wow

Can you point out where I mentioned Holy ghost fire in my post? You even tried to make it the theme of my post when I didn't mention it once.

Manzo is a title used for the prophet Muhammad PBUH and she and her colleagues know it evidence from her friends in the background of the voice note cautioning her when she included him in the voice note even after stating her grievance before she eventually dropped it on the group.

Christians whether from the South or from the North even Muslims do not use Manzo for any of the prohets other than the last and final prophet (S. A. W).

Secondly, I am not justifying the action taken by those who killed her nay I even believe their action is wrong, But that does not mean I accept that she is not wrong with what she did, nay, she is wrong. The two are not mutually exclusive.

Finally, I am responsible for what I said not how you understand or chose to interpret it.

Please focus on using Islamic text in justifying this abeg. undecided

2. Explain to us what "Manzo" is about please. undecided

3. Where in Quranic text is it stated that she is wrong to finger Mohammed in her grievances? undecided

2. But here's a question. What makes her mentioning of this Manzo wrong..... hausa culture or Islamic ideals? undecided

I ask this because I sit here everyday watching people call God and Jesus Christ all sorts of names and not a single hair on my body is moved by it this since my the Christian God says there's nothing wrong with people doing exactly that. undecided

So what I am trying to understand is where this belief that Mohammed is deity and his name essentially sacred, comes from. undecided

Brother I never said you mentioned Holy Ghost fire

Rather I just said that you failed to mention that she started the voice note with that statement which definitely indicates that she must have received some kind of threats from her colleagues on the group chat.

Secondly, I understand that what she said might have rubbed you the wrong way but if people of other religions were to go about killing your people or your family members for every preconceived notion of blasphemy against them you wouldn’t have this same energy.

I mean I have already stated real life, applicable examples of what could be considered blasphemous to the Christian doctrine and it is something I can guarantee you and majority of the Muslim faithful have done at one point or the other, would we be justified in clubbing you and yours to death and setting them ablaze?

Even according to Sharia law there are constitutes authorities set up to handle issues like these, so why take the law into their own hands especially when it concerns the life of a defenseless girl who I’m sure wasn’t up to 25

You are just a liar like your prophet Mohammed disguising as atheist moving from one thread to another thread to post this same nonsense. And your Mohammed allowed you to impersonate and lie as atheist so you can be talking rubbish to Christians. Is Mohammed giving you reward in hell or his aljahnna also for impersonating and lie because you want to propergate for him? Your fruit has already shown whom you are just like Bible says. I have already answered you here already, here you have it again:

"Stop your lies, you never sound like your were once a Christian; you are only hiding under canopy of atheist to say rubbish to christian as muslim. It is not supprising because your Mohammed can lie and distort truth easily to cover up, he will preach one thing and act another way, you are following his footstep. Keep deceiving yourself only.

If you were once a Christian as you claimed, how come you can't differentiate between law of Moses for blasphemy and message of Christ that asks Christians to forgive and pray for our enemies? Have you seen Christians using that verse to kill for Jesus just as Islamic terrorists are getting inspiration from some controversial words of Quran and Mohammed to commit terrorism all over the world?

And if you were exchristian; at least you will learn that all liars will have their parts in hell, Jesus never lied, sinned as Bible and Quran established, he was perfect example of morality for humanity and capable of leading man to God because he never lied for once, but Mohammed you are representing can lie and bend word to justify his actions, he was not perfect example of morality to humanity, so no one is supprized you are hiding under him to pour your dirty intent to christian under guise of exchristian.

Christians don't follow law of Moses to kill for blasphemy, that is why you can't see christian killing for blasphemy. Christians follow Jesus example of forgiveness, that is why, CAN forgave Sterling Bank MD that blasphemed instead of killing him like muslim usually do. So, what CAN did is what christians practice and not what you quoted and twisted to support your criminality under guise of blasphemy"

Her censorship made other people hate and dispise Islam and Mohammed, more people blasphemed.

More people saw reasons to call Mohammed a rapist, a child molester, and a murderer that he was.

Did Mohammed himself say that calling him names amounts to blasphemy?, undecided

Did Mohammed kill all those who so much as insulted him? Is that where this idea that insulting Mohammed is blasphemy comes from? undecided

Where in the Quran is blasphemy and its penalty defined ? undecided

According to Google, Manzo means "Messenger" but here's what I am more interested in learning and this is did Mohammed in fact give law to Muslims to kill all those who insult him? undecided

Or did Mohammed himself kill those who insulted him thereby breeding this culture of killing so-called blasphemers that is found in most all Muslim run countries world over?, undecided

We are told, this by Muslims, that Mohammed was a man but these killings all because a man was insulted lead one to believing he occupies a god-like status over those who venerate him in by shedding human blood on his behalf. undecided

Muhammad was a man but not a man like you and i. He was a messenger from Allah and the best of mankind.

Al-Ahzab 33:40
Muhammad is not the father of any of your men, but (he is) the Messenger of Allah, and the Seal of the Prophets: and Allah has full knowledge of all things.

Al-Ahzab 33:21
Ye have indeed in the Messenger of Allah a beautiful pattern (of conduct) for any one whose hope is in Allah and the Final Day, and who engages much in the Praise of Allah.

Also in other verses, Allah says:
Al-Ahzab 33:45
O Prophet! Truly We have sent thee as a Witness, a Bearer of Glad Tidings, and a Warner,-
Al-Ahzab 33:46
And as one who invites to Allah's (grace) by His leave, and as a lamp spreading light.

Al-Ahzab 33:47

Then give the Glad Tidings to the Believers, that they shall have from Allah a very great Bounty.

How can we take a man like the Prophet for granted? No way!

The Prophet said:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said "None of you will have faith till he loves me more than his father, his children and all mankind."

Who watches his parents being insulted and remain comfortable? Except if there is no love lost between that child and his parent.
How much more the one who is greater to us than our parents and all mankind and brought us to the path of Allah.
All these and more automatically connects a Muslim to the Prophet.
No matter our differences, no Muslim will watch another person disparages the Prophet and not feel hurt.
This is why Muslims always react to any insult or name calling of the Prophet. Though differently!

Blasphemy is a crime in Islamic justice system.
Islam frowns at any derogatory remark or action about Allah, His Messengers, and the Qur'an.
There are stipulated punishments, depending on the gravity and the place (state).

Punishment for blasphemy is not determine by a mob who feel aggrieved but by the justice system.

1. So, you are saying even though Mohammed never outright gave a law decreeing you shed blood in his honor, that you are instructed by him to love him more than you love even your own father and mother, justifies shedding of blood in his name - not even your Allah's?. undecided

Also, being uncomfortable when a one's parent is insulted is one thing, resorting to violence and believing it honorable for a god is another thing entirely. undecided

2. There are over 4000 religions out there today and all 4000 have prophets or ideas which are ridiculed by those outside of inside at some point with barely any news or even a protest of any serious kind. However, with Islam, even unconfirmed cases of insult against this man Mohammed seems to be followed with violent reaction from a mob resulting either in a murder or a call for shedding of blood to appease him. Does this pattern inform you in any way of how much more prone to violence adherents of Islam seem to be, this compared to those of other religions? undecided

Why is justice by mob prevalent with Islam if indeed it is not a part of the Islamic justice system?? undecided
Re: Opinions Of Muslim Members On The Platform by Ken4Christ: 1:40am On May 17, 2022
But why do they call him a holy Prophet? Holiness is a state of sinlessness and purity. Was he sinless? Was he pure? A man who had multiple wives. I don't get it. Not even the quran can attest to him being sin free.

The only man who lived on earth and without sin is Jesus.

Apart from the Qur'an there are other sources for Islamic law. This is why the provisions and prescribed punishments for similar offences may differs from one place to another.

Mob action remains what it is. It is not part of the Islamic justice system.
