Unfortunately as it stand, Muslim presidential candidates have like 70% chance of emerging in both PDP & APC as it stand.

Politics should be separated from religion. This is what we’ve been doing in the SW at the governorship level, just that Nigeria is a union of savagely religious bigots both Christians and Muslims alike and no arrangement will work.
