the truth is, in today's warfare, even the US abrams will be strong with drones flying above.. except they can have air cover, they will not succeed.
Russia has failed to control the skies and as a result, they are losing their tanks.

Now, they are being pushed back from grounds they took at the eastern flank. they are bringing in their soldiers in Syria to join the fight... thats a sign that things are not working well for them.

Far-right people such as yourself often fall under Russia's influence, hence you will believe that this is easy for them from the sort of sources that will make their way into your information centres. This war is at a stalemate.

Russia cannot deploy much more than what they already have in Ukraine without conscription. They still have other borders to man eg Japan and China borders, and you seem to assume that many tens of thousands of their force are not Navy, logistics etc not Frontline troops.

I will remind you Russias stated aims of the war

1. Demilitarise Ukraine - currently failed as Ukraine military capacity is increasing with Western help. Can only succeed if they take Kiev and force the Ukraine Govt to sign a demilitarisation pact, or change the Govt. Yet they ran from Kiev when in sight of their number one goal because they couldn't take it.

2. DeNazify Ukraine - a joke aim, but if we assume to be true, more Ukrainians are anti-Russia than ever. And if goal was to DeNazify, you don't retreat from the capital of a Nazi Govt you wish to change

3. Liberation of Donbas - the most achievable goal left, however will require pushing Ukraine back beyond missile range which will be difficult

4. Reducing NATO spread on its borders - already failed with the enlisting of Finland and Sweden.
