Please whoever has encounter similar issue like this should help.

Bolt just suspended my account this afternoon. I didn't embark on any suspicious activity even my last three riders gave me tips because they enjoyed my services. I have mailed bolt they are yet to reply.

Though they sent me message last week that I should go for inspection, could this be the reason for the suspension?

Don't blame the people blame the system cos they allowed it.

Since indriver don't have a base in Nigeria I don't see any way they will ever improve in their fares.

In a country where everybody is any opportunist and oppressor the society will continue to degregrate and submerge in corruption, crimes, imbalance and lawlessness will be the order of the day.

Nigerians that are known to not having a good conscience or behavior you then gave them the right and exposure to will n power, what then do you expect? They'll use it without any form of consciousness to intimate and misbehave.

The only time indriver's riders offer a good fare is when they're In a desperate condition then they'll even offer higher than what other apps will offer.

I don't blame the drivers who accept these poor fare offers, most of them have no other options because they've been blocked and they have to pay either rent or hp and have other bills to see through. Their hands are tied.
But I see them as fools because they can't think with their brain, it's only cost at most 35k to get another license, this is Nigeriagrin or I'd rather load Abule Egba to Ajah early in the morning, the return trip must have given me at least 14k with just 2k fuel, no AC just be smart about where you drop passengers and pick up.

2 trips a day to n fro is enough for any hard working driver to sustain ur expenses, your shocks will be ok, your car won't experience any form of flood because it's a route trip.
Or you go to the airport and source for passengers manually. 5 trips from airport to within ikeja should net at least 10k...
Or you go to Berger and source for passenger coming into Lagos no be everybody get app to request ride.

But they won't because their brain is not working to think outside the box and they've allowed their brain to be clouded with the believe that indriver gives them freedom. What freedom exactly? Do you have any other job apart from e-hailing? Oga you've been brainwashed colonatically... synanimous to modern day slavery.
You've just being lucky to get good offers of ride request at the moment from the few desperate riders talked about earlier, soon you'll run out of luck.

This hustle used to be very lucrative especially during festive seasons but it started losing it value since indriver came onboard.

If you think I lie, how many drivers where able to net up to a million naira last December? i.e from 1st to 31st oh... This was a piece of cake b4 indriver came onboard.

Yes competition is good for business but this type is killing and drivers are at the receiving end and we are still the once encouraging it.
Take for instance see Uber, despite the new regulations and bonuses and even a reduction in commission yet they're still struggling to get riders back to the system because most drivers and riders have jumped ship but drivers fail to see the detriment in it and benefits driving and paying commission with Uber and Bolt even though bolt is a criminal app it still far better of that stupid indriver app.

Let's wake up guys.
The only blame I will apportion to Indriver is allowing riders go below the recommended fare.

Our people are so terrible that they don't care how you do it, wether you make profit at the end of the trip or not. They just want to get to their destination at the cheapest price they can get. That's why someone will want to go to Owerri with his wife and kid for #4500

Indriver has a recommended fare which is at par with what other E-hailing Apps charge, provided there's no surge.

Now the major problem is the drivers. We have the inexperienced and the impatient drivers.

See the inexperienced driver, I can make excuse for them (they will learn on the job)

But the impatient ones, those are the fastest finger, they don't care where the rider is going and if the rider has offered a good fare or adjusted the price. They just want to drive. At the end of the day, you will find them on Facebook begging for money to fix one thing or the other in their car.

Since last week that I got blocked on Bolt, I've been using Indriver exclusively. In other to meet up and not suffer for nothing on the road, you have to be patient when working with only Indriver.

Once I see your request, based on experience I have an idea of what a trip from point A to B should be judging by the KMs to cover, if I noticed that the rider has tweaked the price, I ignore it. The one that leaves the recommended price, I go for the Middle or Last fare on my screen. You either accept or decline.

Through out last week I only went to the mainland once (on Monday). My work area is Chevron to Ikoyi/VI and back. Rinse and repeat. Once I leave Sangotedo in the morning with a lekki 1 or VI trip i won't near Ajah until I'm done and heading home and I hardly stay pass 4/5pm. Target met till another day.

If it was for the inspection, they’ll state it clearly asking you to get inspected. It’s possible a rider reported your account.

For those struggling with drivers scores.

Accept trips you wish to go on.
If your activity score is dropping too much due to too many trip declines, then accept all trips requests you get.

During phone calls conversations don't give any rider an impression you're not coming to PU, simply tell them you're coming it will take you a few minute...e.g 3min, that's the time you need to cancel. Put you phone in speaker while taking the call then quickly arrive or arrive after accepting the ride.
Don't accept and cancel it drops your scores.
Arrive and cancel after 3minutes.

For those riders that send request and cancel repeatedly, this is what I did to one useless and senseless guy on Sat.

I was at Ayobo road and he was at one bad road inside Abesan Estate, after driving to the street with bad road this son of a bit.ch cancelled and sent the request again, he cancel again and again. He then sent with another account after like 1minute.

I accepted and arrive, by then I'd started driving away. He cancelled. I smiled.
He sent again I quickly arrived and then started the ride immediately.

Phone rang:
R: hello, good afternoon, I requested a ride and you already started the ride.
Me: What is good about the afternoon that you're requesting and cancelling with different account abi Ogun won kill you?
... Rider hanged up immediatelygrin

I drove to gate bus stop then ended the ride. I was N600. I then wrote a story line... No one should ask me what I wrote. I'm sure bolt must have blocked his account by now grin

No one has the Monopoly of madness, we all do.

Alright boss.

What I have noticed about the driver score is that it increases if you accept and complete like 4 or 5 orders straight. I mean straight without rejecting, ignoring or not completing anyone.
But it reduces on 2 negative on order (maybe ignoring, rejecting, or cancelling).
Customer cancelled will definitely affect your score, to make up with it, accept and complete like 4 or 5 orders straight, your score will come back.
Much respect, boss.
Okay boss .

Some riders can be stupid on Indriver and it hurt some girls have not learn from all the whole noise in the country. I just para for one and I am waiting for her write up and 1star. She booked a ride from ayinde akinmide going to Ebun yaba 2860. On our way she asked me to turn to Freedom way. Told her she can't tell me route and she already have one coworker. It end up she want to pick another person at Polystar. Told her she will have to add to the ride, which she accept to add 140 naira. I crack a smile and make her understand a bike man won't take 140 naira from said point to Polystar and how they have a way of degrading driver's on Indriver, she should have just book Bolt. So she said I should be going.

We got to Yaba, she was giving me 3k, that is all she have and how she doesnt like trouble... it look like USA bouncing on Iraq, I was so angry that I let my heart flow like we knew each other before.

My first question to her was, is she trying to play on my intelligence. You offered a price and I said no, I told you mine and you ask me to go. Why not tell me you don't have any money. If her friend has taken a ride home would she have paid 140 naira for even Danfo? Now I have made 3 stops on the road, why didn't she add those stops and see if I will pick the trip. Didn't other drivers offer more than 2860 before picking me? And now she's doing Mrs nice at my own expense, putting me at the receiving end. The girl no know when she complete me money. I know my 1star is waiting, me self don loan em 1star for telling me I'm not sounding polite.

I always pray to God that my rider should not say he or she wants to make a stop. E They always vex me and most of the time I don't answer them except the reasonable ones who already know how it's done on Indriver.

They go....pls I want to make a quick stop at so so so ,don't worry I will add something to your money. I will still tell them not to waste time, max 10mins.

I don't like soliciting for extra pay asides from the agreed fare on the App. That's why if the price is not okay with me, I won't bid.

Another thing is the extra amount on the fares like 1080, 2040, 6111 etc. I noticed that some will just send the major amount when it's transfer. 2000 instead of 2040. I have made it an habit to always tell them when sending to confirm the amount again and send same. Although most the time they round it up which is even better.

I had to lecture one yesterday about the implication of not adding it. It was a #1080 trip, she said she's sending 1000 that 80 will spoil her money. I told her if that's how I've been leaving all the #80 by the time it gets to the 10th person I would have lost #800, moreover I paid full commission to Indriver. Biko send my complete money.
