The truth of the matter is that Arsenal came this far due to the fact that they weren't in Europe, and went out early in cup competitions. The team lack top quality players that can go shoulder to shoulder with the big boys. Fine, they had flashes, but their inconsistencies especially against the small teams killed them. And if quality players aren't bought at the end of the season, Arsenal might fail to make top 6 next season. I said it, Arsenal's squad is too thin to compete for top 4.

Let's enjoy the Europa league next season, for a team this inconsistent, that is the best we deserve this season.

If Tottenham Draw against Norwich, Arsenal need to win at least 16-0 against Everton to qualify for UCL.

Are you aware that Man city with 90pts has the highest number of league points among Europe's top 5 this season?

Liverpool sits second on that list with 86pts. If they weren't in the premier League that number of points will be enough to win La liga, Ligue 1, Serie A.

There was even a season where Liverpool scored 97 or so pts and still couldn't win the league because Man city scored about 99!
