1. They are YC backed and raised and pre-seed fund in Nov 2021
2. I've not had any issues with them for over 3 months now I'v used their service, with over $500 received

Although, I do not advise storing money there or moving extremely large funds through the platform.
Until proven to be faulty, I would trust that the solution they provide is better and has help solve the issues with payoneer and transfer wise

Funny, even whites can be scammers or have failed platforms.... So what makes you blindly trust the likes of TranferWise and Payoneer and not a homegrown alternative that works?

Sending money on a weekend is useless. Its just as if you sent it by 6am on Monday morning. From experience, nothing is processed on the weekends.

So assuming the money was sent on a Monday morning. You should have gotten a mail from Grey on Tuesday
If you don't get it by tomorrow sent them a mail at the end of the day.

Personal, I have not encountered a delay more than 3 business days

Don’t stop reaching them and post this on LinkedIn make sure you tag upwork. They would respond to this case more faster

I think landing jobs (or, at least, well-paying jobs) will be a struggle for you with this profile.

1.) Your profile needs to be "Public" before it can start appearing in Upwork's search results.
2.) You used a photo with a filter as your profile picture: unprofessional.
3.) Suggestion: set your work availability [i.e., hours per week] to "As needed."
4.) In your employment history, you said you have just 1 month of actual data entry experience.
5.) You outlined just 7 skills (out of a possible 15) on your profile.
- Some of those skills you outlined have nothing to do with data entry.
6.) Your "site assistant" work experience has nothing to do with data entry. I'll advise that you take it out.
7.) Your overview isn't in the best shape: you don't sell yourself or mention anything about the service you purport to offer.
8.) Your profile needs to be proofread. Spelling & grammar errors do great damage to your persona as a professional.

well I was rejected twice 2days in a raw then I went back did some research and reapply again this time around it was accepted in 2minutes, and yes I registered as a copywriter/transcriptionist just that I made everything look professional this time around and I have not added anything to my portfolio.
