There is this comedian called "OGB Recent. He makes skits claiming to be a cultist. He uses cultism lingua and he plays the role of a bully. His skits are dry, lacks total substance. Worse thing is that this guy doing skits claiming cultist is indirectly promoting cultism and making it seem like a joke. Thousands of our youths are dying over cultism. There is no week that passes by where there is no cultist killing in Nigeria. And here we are allowing a dry comedian make foolish content on cultism.

We have influencers promoting gay and expect our youths not to be gay? Now there is one whose content is only cultism and you expect some youths to not subsconsciously accept cultism? After when cultists kill, we will blame government. Something needs to be done about that guy. My 2 cents.

Oga sabinus just won an award on content creating and that's because his comedies are unique and not linked to nonsense.

Honestly

I get your point but at the same time you can't faze out every negative influence out of the society. Everything boils down to the youth and how they use their perception of reasoning. If you try to rule out every negative thing then we can as well be like Afghanistan or allow BH to take over since that their reasoning too. All over the world peoples make films about crimes and its cunning mastermind those that imposed on others to actualize this?

Okay let me give you an example. 40 years ago, we can brag that at least half of our women in Nigeria were virgins till they became married. Then this was achievable as there was less media, less pornography and well censored content on our TV.
Now it is hard to find a virgin even in the strictest churches or Islamic movements. Why, because sex is all around. On social media, on TV, on music videos, in fact just logging to a website shows you everything you need to ignite your sexuality.
My point is that there is a way the sub-conscious of a human mind works. Even if he is saying No to Cultism on his profile, the more he makes cultists jokes desensitizes cultism in peoples minds.. Makes it seem like a bad boy past time, when indeed it is very evil. Your mind may still reject cultism no matter what but not everyone has a strong mind like yours.
