Now I had it downgraded to windows 7 it's still slow, my USB ports don't see my mobile devices and the software applications take a while before coming up.. Please help!

When it load you will get the option to uninstall, install or repair.

Hello guys. Pls i accidentally deleted a folder of about 300gig on my external hard drive (thanks to a friend's mistake) .

Hello engineers,please my laptop mouse pad hangs a lot although I usually use external mouse,but recently it's been displaying "last usb not recognised". Some keys on the keyboard also won't press sometimes. What is the likely issue? RAM,drivers,windows version or even something else entirely?


P.S:the laptop is dell e6410,2gb ram,500gb hdd,corei5,windows 10.

What could be happening to my laptop if the battery was bought last year December? The charger adapter is good.
But the laptop isn't charging. I thought it was the charging point. I plugged it without the battery and It worked perfectly fine but with the battery it stops charging. I don't want to believe it is the battery because I bought it last year December for 20 thousand naira!

You will need to change the entire keyboard
