Pls who has info on MFB that do proof of fund for a fee? I need to get the 28days running before getting COS so that I wont have to wait out the period before staring my visa application process.

I would advise that you wait until your CoS is available before running your PoF. Your employer may tick that they will provide maintenance, which renders your PoF useless.

On the other hand, if you start counting your PoF now and CoS is yet to drop, you will have only 31 days after the completion of the 28 days to use the Statement of Account.

My advise: Be patient!

You don't need proof of funds if your employer stated in your cos that they will provide maintenance.

It won't affect you if you declare your refusals. Someone close is in this also nd is applying for Careworker visa.

My sister owns a company in the UK and she’s willing to give me full sponsorship for a care worker job which is now open for low skilled workers but the problem is I was denied a US and Canada visa 4 and 3 years ago respectively. The canada visa I was scammed and the agent applied a litany of fake documents. I don’t know if I have a ban or not but the case is at police but suspect disappeared. I know this isn’t necessary for application but just want to make the reasons clear. Should I even bother applying with such a messy record?. This time around everything is legit and genuine.

Pls a sister of mine wants to write IELTS exam and she was told to make payment of 83k to certain standard chartered bank account but she was skeptical about it..... This is cos she just applied for a care giver job and her application was granted with sponsor visa.... But she was ask to write the exam

Actually, standard IELTS has both Academic and General tests. Similarly, IELTS for 'UKVI' also has both Academic and General tests.

Since you say you're a student, meaning you've not yet completed and obtained your UK degree qualification, which ordinarily would be sufficient as a proof of English language proficiency for your SW or HACW visa application, I think you may need either IELTS for 'UKVI' (except if you sat it when you were applying for a Student visa) or Ecctis evaluation (only if you already have a non-UK degree).
However, you can make further enquiries from your current UK university and find out if there's any official document that can be issued by the school authority to you that can be accepted by UKVI for English language proficiency purposes. You can also enquire from your employer, or wait to see if they'll request it.

Hello PhylisUG all the way from Uganda, you're welcome. If you're able to get a job with a CoS, please proceed and apply for your SW or HACW visa, but this time by yourself and with genuine documents. Ensure you get your Police Clearance Certificate (or certificates, if you've lived in more than one country for the UKVI specified period of time).
Should there be any query regarding your Canadian visa ban, ensure you're able to prove to them that you were scammed by a travel agent (if you're sure you weren't complicit in any way), and back up your claims with police documents or court affidavits (since you say the police are handling the matter).

It's not our fault o, some of us have some terrible experience from those scammers but nevertheless tell me because I wanna be there plssssss. I don't even sleep at night sometimes all in the name of applying for UK job. Thank you

Exactly the same question my wife kept asking about 6 weeks ago. I encouraged her prophesying that she'd be hit with back to back interview requests. As at then, we were doing generic applications on Trac jobs and NHS jobs however, we realised that at the rate we were going we would hardly secure a single interview as love letters were coming in at a depressing rate.

Thanks to my wife, she chose to reach out to each hospital individually using every platform available. Whatsapp, facebook, LinkedIn etc. Guess what?

The result was instantaneous. Interviews, pre-interviews, name it. She got an offer after her first interview but has gone on to do several interviews thereafter with a few still lined up. (NHS, private hospital and carehomes)

Leave the contemporary job search method and step it up. Try Care homes as well. They pay better and also have better relocation packages.

You too will testify. Keep it going.
