please my better people, who are in banking sector, help me explain this kind of transaction on my GTBank account this morning around after 3am.

I was debited twice, the first one was 15,000 naira and the second one was 1,125 naira respectively, immediately I opened my GTBank app to know how these transactions took place, I wasn't satisfied with their explanation so I quickly moved my remaining balance to my other accounts for fear of uncertainty.

I've sent them email for a better explanation and I'm yet to get a feedback....

Did you make any huge withdrawal earlier? There's a policy by CBN directing banks to charge 3% for withdrawal above N500k for savings account and 5% for withdrawal above N3M for corporate accounts.

yeah I withdrew 500K yesterday buh how could 15K be deducted for a transaction of 500K

I don't even know wen last I withdraw cash from the bank, all my transaction is made online

I go visit the bank on Monday make I blast them for not telling me this b4 I made that transaction
