There are several factors that affect wound, one of which is premorbid condition of the patient. Firstly ascertain that you are not diabetic, or having haematological anormaly. Be also sure of being free from any serological defect.
DRESSING METHOD:
✓Get sterile gauze and cotton wool.
✓Get ur sterile gloves or disposable.
✓Dress with 10% Povidone iodine solution mixed with normal saline.
✓Use silver alginate pad to cover it and place normal saline soaked on top.
✓Add sterile gauze.
✓Apply crepe bandage.
✓Be dressing the twice weekly (Tuesday and Friday).

Well that wound looks like it's healing nicely as its golden brown and not yellowish or greenish. That's a good sign

that's all I can say for now, I have quicker DIY remedies but you have to prove that's not a gunshot wound, make I nor go dey give arm robber advice ...no vex

First of all get hydrogen peroxide, then pouvidon iodine 10%,Eusol solution, normal saline, ciproflaxin tabs, keep washing the wound with the N/S and hydrogen peroxide, then wash it again with Eusol and apply your iodine then take your tabs day and night

Don't let wet stuffs touch it. When bathing, don't let water touch the area too much.

Use dry heat to press it until it dries up. That's how I deal with pimples, open wound or swelling on any part of the body. It's effective, about 3 days, it'll come down.

Put a container (pot or kettle) with some water in it on a source of heat until the container becomes hot.

Get a cotton handkerchief or neat rag, fold it, sprinkle little water on it .. just to dampened it. Then compress the folded surface on the heated container till the handkerchief gets hot, then apply the heat to wherever on the body swelling/cut or having fluid discharge... Repeat you you notice pus level has reduced or dried.

Do this morning and night for 3 days you should begin to notice improvement immediately

Follow this steps and thank me later

1. Buy a disinfectant & Spirit

2. Pour boiled hot water in a container & put a little disinfectant in it.

3. Apply on the surface with a clean towel ( clean the wound with it)

4. After step 3, clean the wound with the spirit again. By this this time, the surface would be clean and open.

5. Apply injection powder. This would make the water come out & dry the would.

6, Do this every 2 days until it gets dey.

NOTE: DO NOT COVER WITH PLASTER

Do a blood sugar level test. If it is more than 130, then you are diabetic and that could be why it is taking time to heal. Again, how did the wound come? Did you have a cut or it came on its own? If it just appeared from the blues then it is ulcer and it is a more serious issue.

If the above scenarios are true then, you will have to spend more money bro. Buy organic sulphur by PURE. After using this supplement, then boil Dogon yaro leaves together with lemon grass. Take a glass first thing in the morning and last thing in the night. Also form the habit of taking planting of water especially on empty stomach.
