The Lawyers are deceiving her. They should read NYSC bye laws to understand what abscondment means. Once you have not participated in service for 90 days you are deemed to have absconded. And the consequence is that you must repeat service year before you will be issued issued a Certificate of National service by NYSC. NYSC is very clear on the matter. She participated in the Orientation camp no doubt but she absconded from service. She may be carrying out her assignments at NECA but NYSC has four cardinal obligations (4 Cardinal programmes of NYSC) which you must fulfill before you are found worthy before she is issued a Certificate.
1. Participation in Orientation which she fulfilled.
2. Participation in Primary assignment. Her record does not exist. Absconded.
3. Participation in Community service. There was no evidence of her participation.
4. Participation in winding up/passing out programmes. She did not.

Presenting employer letter and photographs is immaterial. NYSC already acknowledged her participation in orientation course.

If Stella Odua think she can hoodwink us with letter from NECA, she is joking.

If you were given discharge certificate, then go back to NYSC office and get a duplicate copy. If truly you lost the certificate in transit, getting a clearance letter should not pose a problem.

That picture could have been taken in camp during the 3 weeks orientation. The NYSC director said she was posted to lagos but she went AWOL.

She was booked for abscondment that's why she couldn't be issued with a Certificate. She thinks NYSC had no record of service. Everything is well documented. NYSC keeps records of everything, and works within the bounds of the enabling statues. Let her go to court if she thinks the nysc is playing politics. It's not politics.

I don't know why it be difficult to display her certificate. Does it mean after graduation , she never use the certificate to apply for job. That is supposed she lost in transit or fire. But there should be a trace to show that she actually serve. However, that should not even be the issue, after all, we have seen those without ordinary school cert in government. I don't think NYSC certificate is part of the consideration for political appointment
