Re: Ongoing Primaries A Mess, Says Jonathan by Nobody: 5:44pm On May 26, 2022
GEJ should shut up! if we are to go by law, he shouldn't even be running for president after submitting his nomination form late and he has failed to openly declare his election bid but busy running underground politics, he has even failed to debunk allegations of his purpoted run for office , who is he deceiving?

Na today?

How then does Abubakar Atiku hope to win PDP primaries, if not by dollar inducement?
Re: Ongoing Primaries A Mess, Says Jonathan by SaintLucia: 5:46pm On May 26, 2022
Coming from someone that empty the CBN using TAN to ditched out dollars to pastors and monarchs during the 2014 general election. A man that was moving from one church to another trying to divide the country with religion.

Many of them called for the head of Femi Gbajabiamila when he wanted to make direct primary a law in for our election. They said he's working for Jagaban. With direct primary, it will be difficult for any politicians to buy the party members with membership card.

I am surprised even Jonathan do not understand Nigeria problem. Which explained why he was clueless all through.

Nigeria problem is not absence of law or structure, Nigeria problem is the enforcement of the rule of law.

Nigerians will always find a way to game the law no matter how much perfect the law is. So if you like expunge, inject, create, structure, and bla bla bla, they will still maneuver except if they know there is a punishment for them that they cannot invade.

That is exactly why Nigerians abroad will never run over red light, because he knows if he is caught it will be on his record and it's citation straight. The same man will be in Lagos running red light because he knows there is no consequence and he can bribe his way out even if caught.

If we can find a way to ensure thorough enforcement of rule of law, Nigeria problem will decrease drastically. If you like go and bring America constitution, it will still Fail in Nigeria if you don't enforce it like it should.
It's obvious with your rants you don't understand a thing he said yet you called him clueless.
1. Show us the law that criminalises monetary inducement of delegates in elections.

2. Section 84 exists as a law which must be obeyed by political parties else they lose out.

I have a feeling that all the events that have happened and would happen arising from primary elections of parties will REFINE Nigerian brand of politics.

The party primary shenanigans that OBJ-led PDP introduced in their heydays which APC copied are beginning to look too crude for the present and of course the future.
Comrade abeg leave OBJ out of this madness. Baba tried his best. As a people we are not serious. Is it OBJ that told Jonathan and Buhari to perform so poorly?

Re: Ongoing Primaries A Mess, Says Jonathan by tundess: 5:49pm On May 26, 2022
The problem is not the Act its the operators.....
Lawan has been in parliament since 1999.
A line by line reading of rhe amendments in plenary would have exposed these problems and the Act amended accordingly.
But no, he and the Spkr willy-nilly adopted the Act and now look.
Oh to be a lawyer with reputable Chambers in Nigeria right now ! The work will be pouring in grin

This is the difference between the average Igbo man and the rest Nigerians. Why should we manage a failed system? This means if Jona goes to the Aso Villa again he will manage the failed system there for another 4 years and come out. How about real change?

We Igbos are tired of managing a failed system. Jona getat.
so he should join unknown gunmen like your uncle?
