Hello everyone.

I need help on how to go about this.
I m into e-commerce business and one of my challenge is delivery. So I do delivery myself for the pass 2 years but now I m a little bit occupied with some other business so it very hard to do the delivery myself

Now I have tried quit number of this delivery company and most of the issues I have with them is crazy delivery rate. Like 4k to deliver 8k item even (which end up eating up my profit) if I have 2-3 items that is suppose to deliver to the same location I will still be charge for each item but if I do it myself it usually cut down the cost.

Another thing is high number of fail delivery and most of them will charge you half payment of every fail delivery.

So the only option for now is to get bike and employe someone that can do the job for me. But the issues here is that to operate this bike delivery in Lagos you have to get all the necessary paper ready which is kind of expensive and I don't really budget for that at the moment.

So I m looking for someone who already into the business and have the necessary documents so I that I can register the bike under him (We can negotiate how to go about the lience payment). I have search on Google but don't seems to find any valuable info,
please help a brother.
