Lolz, the one for church na "chemical" weh my blodas don mix for their lab. Ie adulterated. In my opinion you don't want to consume that.
They sell nice brands such as laser etc in proper supermarkets. I sent a pic earlier.

Very well used for cooking, Expecially in intalian cuisine.
We us it as salad dressing, dipping oil, shearing garlic bread. Pickled cheese etc.
Personally I don't like to use it to fry eggs etc. I rather garnish with it.
Very very healthy.

Nigerians would hardly know how to use it, so they should just stick to their vegetable oil.

If oil never dey smoke, e never hot reach. sad

Don't put yourself into unnecessary bondage. Some of those things they call miracle oil are of demonic and marine kingdom origins. Don't use them because you are curious or needy so you won't add more problems to the one you already have.
