The guy himself will not go near a low mileage car on auction because oyinbo no go allow am buy am. They bid them through the roof.

The ones they leave for us are the ones beyond 150k miles.

So the oyinbo people know how relevant mileage is but come here on nairaland you start hearing how maintenance is the main thing as if low mileage vehicles don't get maintained. Na only high mileage ones dem dey maintain.

I will not use my money to buy a car significantly above 150,000 miles.

Nobody is saying low mileage cars aren't good.
The point is that over 250k mile car is not a death sentence. Although it applies majorly to Japanese automobiles.
