Attention is a part of it, but what is difficult to understand in the fact that some people actually suffer low self-esteem due to their body shape? While I am not entirely endorsing plastic surgery, the problem here is that a quack is operating in Nigeria. There are too many of them now.

They could go to the gym, ask for medical advice, get a therapist, all these are cheaper, long-term and safer options, why would you risk your health for a quick unhealthy solution?, Low self-esteem is not a good enough excuse.
