There is no special advantage to the north or any rigged political structure. The south is divided and the north is united. That is their only advantage. Period.

If you are not part of the Indomie generation that does not understand that Nigeria was formed by 3 regions in 1960, but sees Nigeria as a country formed by 36 states and Abuja, why can't you understand that it's fraudulent to latter create 20 new federating units in the northern region but allow only 17 federating units in the old two southern regions?

How can't you understand that creation of 20 new federating units (19 states and Abuja) for one northern region gave absolute political powers to the politicians in the north, but reduced political prowess from the politicians in the southern regions?

cry Bitter Truth. Peter Obi was my beloved chosen Candidate. I was heavily telling all my Yoruba friends that we most Vote him because he was the best in the Race that would have imapacted common Nigerians for good. I literally cried when I saw that I left PDP. He should have stayed and fight for it, everything was in his Favour. He should have turned to the Youths from every Southern States to storm PDP asking that we all Southerners want Peter Obi. My vote for irrelevant Labour Party would just be a Labour in Vain. So now Southerners in APC are the best available Option.

Don't loose hope yet.
You won't believe what will happen after APC convention.
Head out tail that power is coming south.
Na for inside aso rock we go dismantle this country.

This guy think am well na. States don't vote in elections. Federating units don't vote in elections. People vote. Since the beginning of the Nigerian experiment the north always vote as one bloc. The south always split their votes. Imagine if all the federating units in the south west, east and niger delta all come together and decide to support one southerner against the north. But will that ever happen? No. Instead it's easier to believe there's a rigged political structure when the answer is very simple and so obvious in front of our eyes.

A presidential candidate must win 25% of votes in 2/3 of the number of (36) states in Nigeria, apart from winning the highest number of votes, before the candidate can be proclaimed winner of Nigeria's presidential election.
It's very easy for a northerner to win 25% of votes in the 19 northern states, then scout for 5 southerner states to win 25%; but not easy for a southerner to win 25% of votes in 24 states.

Put on your thinking cap to observe that it's very easy for a cow from Northern Nigeria to win even a professor of Law or Politics from the south of Nigeria if the northern politicians support a northern presidential candidate.

My guy think about every single presidential election in Nigeria since 1999. In all the elections so far the two major candidates have aiways met this 25% threshold requirement. So that one cannot be the problem. Talk another thing biko.
Your last sentence is actually where the real truth lies. Northern politicians and voters find it easy to rally around a northern presidential candidate but southern politicians and voters find it difficult to rally around a southern candidate in the same manner. Please tell me why.

In bold. You are not sure of what you wrote that all the major presidential candidates won 25% of votes in 2/3 of the 36 states.
Check the result sheets since 1999 for the truth.

South this, South that. Call the Devil by his name. Wike denied Southern Nigeria PDP presidential ticket.

Atiku said he would step down if PDP ticket is zoned to South East in the Spirit of fairness. Wike said no, it should be zoned to South so that he will clinch the ticket.

The other Northern governors have plan B. Tambuwal is going to senate, Bala Mohammed had his SSG win the PDP ticket for him, Bala Mohammed is going for second term unopposed. Wike was beclouded by thug life and dollar-power. His sole plans is to be PDP presidential flag bearer. Meanwhile SW PDP have produced Obasanjo, SS PDP produced GEJ, it's remaining SE PDP yet Woke refused.
He attacked Peter Obi and that angered Anambra PDP delegates. They now voted enmass for Atiku.

Op leave South alone in this PDP case, hold Wike responsible.
Who did North East and North Central produce?
