If you've used Barter Card, can it be linked with my Nigerian PayPal account?

Can it be used to purchase goods and services online without problems?

You can't use a barter dollar card to receive payments only to make payments

Barter card exchange rate is ridiculous. It’s usually N30 more than the BDC rate. Aside that it’s easy to use and works on major platforms.

I do have a business account that can issue multiple virtual cards N and $. Maybe individual account holders have lower rates. But that was what I got trying to do the virtual card yest.

You're probably using the Naira card. You need the dollar card. Get the dollar card. It comes with a USA address.
