Hello,

As stated in the title, I need to access deceased dad’s bank. I don't want to do the LOA because
1) it takes time
2) Money paid into his account after he died will be collected, which I don't want to happen (the money paid after he died is much).

If anyone knows how to use USSD to transfer money without an ATM card, or any other way, please let me know. I will pay you well. I mean it. I will pay you WELL (6 figures).
