4m will get you into the uk...but you will be under a lot of pressure because of the remaining tuition deadline...which can lead to revoking your visa if you cant pay....
I suggest you choose a diploma or other certificate course, that the tution will be very low instead of a masters thats mostly around 12-16k pounds

Good evening house , please I know the major topic here is about care homes (elderly care) but please is there a possibility of someone also going to uk from Nigeria as a child care giver?, with Sponsorship and all? Is there anything like that? If yes, please can someone point me to the right direction?like where to get companies that employ and sponsor such workers. Thank you in advance

Spouse’s timeline
Successful Job interview 18th March

Hello Johnsurvive, that's a wonderful result.cheesy
Yes, she can use it for the SW or HACW visa only if it's IELTS for UKVI, not the regular IELTS. Or she can register with the UK NMC as a full nurse. Good luck.

Please house, has any non registered nurse in Nigeria gotten COS recently? That is applying with only care cert and other requirements. As most agencies preferred RN living in UK instead of sponsoring outside UK.

Hello Fam! Pls need quick advice. I have a friend whose family is into this carer business In the UK. I have seen a couple of the family members travel through this route.

Long story cut short, I enquired how it's done and was referred to the company's representative here in Nigeria. We spoke and he told me it would cost about 4m, exams and all inclusive.

So please guys what do you think? Should I jump on this?

Please I sent you a mail please respond thank you

Check out the different jobs, especially those at Band 3 level, check the person specifications/job description for the educational and skills requirement to see if it's a qualification you can attain/have attained. Different companies have different criteria for employment. Check for the one that is common to all. That would the the most important qualification/criteria

Hello everyone, Trust you are all doing well, I need an advice real quick !!! I have a friend that wants to relocate to the UK to work as a career but we don’t know how to get sponsorship and someone said he needs to do NVQ level 3 exam, we don’t much about that either. Any information, links, websites etc will be appreciated.
Many Thanks

There are so many Level 3 courses you can take but this is one of them. However, be advised that you will need to pay about 50 pounds for your certificate. But its a good course to take. There are many others on the site as well. Pick anyone that suits you and your budget. There are also free courses on Alison.com and Florence Academy.

Dear leaders.
I got a job as a maintenance technician.
The company handling my immigration process, assigned to me by my employer didn't request for police report.
And I read here that police report is part of the required documents for this Japa process.

Should I ask the company or allow the company to submit my application like that?

Best to have all the required documents at hand to avoid delays because you will be needing it for your visa application.

Hi Zhandee, you can try some of the online learning platforms that have been suggested here by others such as Caredemy, Florence Academy, Alison, Reed, etc. Relevant courses include the Care Certificate (15 care standards) or other Health and Social Care diploma and certificate courses, which should be CPD-accredited. Florence Academy certificates are free, while most other platforms charge small amounts of money for certificates. Duration is self paced.

If you're looking to have practical care experience, then you may have to look for any of the following, convenient for you, and volunteer or work for a sufficient length of time: a good hospital, old people's home, home for the disabled, orphanage (for child and adolescent care experience), destitute home, etc. Whichever you go for, endeavour to get a proof of your work experience, be it a letter of attestation or recommendation, at the end of your volunteerism or work.
All the best.cheesy
