You are right. This would have been the trajectory of the government and security forces were really serious about arresting the ugly trend before it even has time to breath let alone fester. The whole forests would have been combed with the security forces on the trail of the assailants. But the security forces have been lukewarm so far. Speaks volumes… megacity: |
