To God be the glory. This is victory for democracy, internal party process, national unity and bridge building.

Asiwaju is a leader who has stood the test of time. He’s a brilliant public administrator, a visionary, a unifier, a strategic thinker, a fighter, a compassionate leader and firm believer in Nigeria.

I’m glad I supported him despite all the attacks and name calling. This victory is very personal for me not because I know him from anywhere but because I believe in his capacity to transform Nigeria.

This is just the first phase of the battle. I’m going to be here to support him in my own little way to win the next stage of the election.

I honestly don't know why some felt Tinubu wouldn't have won this contest. Like,it's Tinubu's to lose.
I also felt some people hugely overestimated Buhari's influence .
Buhari to me strikes me as someone who's only after himself, anything that goes beyond him is non of his business.
