veeokafor:If he seeks to remain in Canada, a two year course would do. Applying for one year means, 6months to the completion of the first, you will need to apply for another admission and apply for a visa extension which is another work with ircc. Therefore to finish school and focus on other things, go for a 2years |

It's 150 USD. I want to use my sisters card this time around. I have reported the agent to the police special fraud unit. He was arrested yesterday and investigation is still ongoing. Meanwhile, I want to submit the investigation report and petition to IRCc and make the payment. Please sir, how do I access the link for making the payment? Anon123: |

Anon123:Regarding the bolded, do you mean even if the applications were submitted together, they will still delay for the spouse? Would a visit visa have been a better choice and they sort a work permit when one gets to Canada? |

Restwell:Thanks for the reply. No it was not stated that I have to send official transcript before applying for Study permit. It is a conditional admission and to fulfill the condition means sending official transcript and paying acceptance fee before July 31st. PLEASE I have a couple more questions: 1. While applying for CAQ, will I have to apply for study permit separately? and do I need to complete 1 before starting the other? 2. If I begin the CAQ and study permit process now, how long would it take to get my Visa if everything goes well, just a rough estimate of the weeks. Thanks |

Hello Everyone, I am currently working on my study visa with my spouse as an accompanying. Could you advice what portal has been known for quick response? I have started completing the new portal. Also, please advice is it okay to apply for my spouse as an accompany, even if we have the funds. Thank you. |
| Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 21 by Afolavid: 11:45pm On Jun 08, 2022 |
CharitoJames:No, not possible. IRCC always send email regarding any new request on your application, PPR inclusive. But in some cases, the email(s) from IRCC ends up in the Trash/Junk/Spam folder, so it's advisable to always login to your portal to check things occasionally or at least, keep up with all folders in your email, to not miss it. |

Hello nairalanders, I applied for my study permit visa and I was refused. I'm 18years of age, admitted at University of Alberta for the fall term 2022. Thank you for your interest in studying in Canada. After careful review of your study permit application and supporting documentation, I have determined that your application does not meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR). I am refusing your application on the following grounds: • I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status. You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements. My sponsor was a board member of my high school who has promised to sponsor the overall best student to study in Canada. Documents submitted:- -Application form -Birth certificate -passport -LOE -Proof of funds by sponsor - N12m -Entrance Scholarship from school - $8000 CAD -Tuition deposit -$1000CAD -My certificate of excellence as the best student -WAEC certificate I want to request for GCMS note..... Pls. How can I address my refusal @MrFrank @everyone pls help me...... |

He now explained what was happening( allegedly the funds i requested wasn't what was displaying on their system, it was displaying exactly double of what i had requested) we had to apply for another one. I think those working there already know my dad for repetitive Form A because they approved it the next day
