I have a question please, my NYSC is reflecting 2 names instead of 3 names which I use in all my certificate. I was given a letter from my school to take it to Abuja where it will be changed but the old one must have to be collected for them to issue me the new one. And it will take about 3 months to take effect. Can I still use my present NYSC certificate with the 2 names and the letter I was given from the institution without having any problem at the screening?

You're covered.

Baba nobody cares about your laptop, it's how to charge it that should concern you.
You would hardly have time to even go on the laptop cos of activities.
My advice, go early and acquaint yourself with some people close to the kitchen so as to have where to charge the said laptop. You can also go with an extension box, get a female candidate to help you charge while you are carrying out your daily activities.

Lastly, pray your data sim has service in the hostel area. The last time were there, network was sparse in the hostel area but news reaching me have it that there is a major service carrier everywhere now.
All the best.

thanks boss. i will not be going bro.

Morning Gentlemen

Please does anyone know any Military Officer with the required stated rank that hails from Edo State but based in Abuja(Retired or Serving) any can serve....Been finding it difficult locating one to sign my form....The Officer who usually signs my form has been transferred to Lagos.

U can goto court and sworn an affidavit in regards your name and attach it to your discharge certificate. I have seen someone sworn an affidavit that his date of birth on the discharge certificate isn’t correctly stated by nysc, so your name issue shouldn’t be a big problem.
You said you want to goto Abuja for a new discharge certificate that have ur correct details, will that even solve ur problem cos I guess they will just be stressing you, asking you to come back and all.
All the best bro…

Good day gentlemen, pls I have an important question to ask. I went to bank this morning to generate bvn printout, as it was given to me, I discovered that the year of birth on it is 1996 instead of 1997. This is something that i've corrected since 2017, I don't know why the wrong year of birth is still there. All other documents carries 1997 except the BVN, pls is that a problem, and if it is, what is the possible solution.

Pls ur response is needed ASAP
fill bvn information update at the bank you registered your bvn (any branch) ..it should reflect after 3 working days

Bro i went to my state liaison office here in Abuja and they said they can only sign for me on my local government form which they did, even after explaining to them that on the reference form that a local government secretary is allowed to sign as well but they still declined signing... Honestly i dor waka tire today for this signing but all to no avail.

You will still have to find a way to sign it.
Bros do you know how fierce a competition you are entering into?
Even with all documents signed, you still have to scale the medicals and the last thing you would ever want is going into medicals with a disturbed mind.

If you are close to any barracks, try and meet a recruit and explain your ordeal to him, he should be able to direct you to a Lt Col from your state who might be willing to help you after checking the genuineness of your indigene certificate.
