Food stamps
Student loans
Payday loan
One dollar stores

Their system make easy for them to live on credit facilities, many of them have so much debt than they can pay in their lifetime.

Oga stop comparing 9ja to other countries.

They give them high taxes coz their citizen enjoy security, less corrupt leaders, good amenities and so on.
Also compare the standard of living. And i don't think any one earns up to 2.7m per year, cause an average worker earns 50,000 per year.
50,000 x 12=600,000 per year which is just around $1k.

Unlike US.

who tf is talking about taxes, where did you see any mention of taxes here.
Does any of your words changes the fact that some things are 20 times more expensive in the USA.
When you make $50k a year then pay rent-$12k,water-$5k, light -$5k ,insurance-$10k$, internet $2k , phone bills-$3k , sales tax-everyday for the rest of your life, mammot health care plan, college bills- $10k yearly. Then real tax
You're left with a resounding -$0 .
I have dozens of friends and relatives living all over Europe and america and in contrast to what people like you think it's fvcking difficult to get by there too.
Half of graduates in the USA spends Years paying back school loans you don't have in naija.
So you don't know how shit goes there bruh

My sister's electricity bill yearly in San Francisco is more than all your bills in a year as a Nigerian

What your sister enjoys in terms of electricity alone is more than what 200 million Nigerians enjoy from Nigeria.

Go easy on your exaggeration,a constant 24hours of electricity for one house in the USA doesn't even amount to 30 houses here not to talk of millions of houses in naija.
My sister pays 1.3m yearly for electricity
Half of that would give you 12 litters of petrol everyday for a year in naija too

Constant electricity is different from petrol.
usa electricity-constant, if it spoils be assured it would be repaired without paying a dime.
9ja electricity- not constant, if it spoils phcn won't do a thing you gotta pay by ya self, Gen,noise polution.
also 1.3m isn't that a big deal, just that 9ja poverty rate has triped.

but i see where ya coming from, coz even if 9ja achieves constant light, it may never be as expensive as other white countries.

Nigeria is naturally overblessed. Both with minerals and people who can work.

Exactly. So don't make 9ja look like saint. I know life ain't easy in the US, but never you make 9ja look like a saint.

It's coz of this comparing that is making people think we are better here.

Remember LAI said the xame thing before.

Fact!

People who don't travel or dont have anyone over there will argue though.

...and right now, it is becoming cheaper to rent a home in the US than to own one because of property tax which has increased. Case is different if you have an annual income of over $100k plus being a prudent spender.

This isn't a balanced comparison. They spend more on the average but can afford more on the average. What you can afford from what is in your pocket is more important than what is in your pocket.
