This is simply a traffic rule offence gone wrong and many southern drivers especially bus drivers do same around same axis.

The question to ask is why are All or most of the bikes passing one way there. when did it start and why?

obviously the government is aware of breaking of traffic rules cos it started cos of containers blocking one side of the road at mile 2.

Address the issue truthfully instead of calling aboki.
