Bathe with warm water and have someone use rubb to massage the back. I use aboniki and it helps. You can also do gentle stretches to relieve the ache, put both hands on a table or bed and stretch back gently.

My own morning sickness dealt with me,I didnt even take any medicine till after 12weeks ooo,I can't even keep anything down in my stomach

Hubby should help u to massage with Sheabutter,drink your paracetamol and try not to be bending much

Same here o plus hip pain sef...but I was advised to stop bending and adopting other wring postures and its working very fine for me. You can try it too plus massages whenever the pain arises. Me I hate taking drugs sha

don't be scared mama God knows its not ur fault I started my pre natal drugs at 5mnths cos of vomiting. Just try to eat fruits and vegetables very well. I know of someone who can't stand drugs ,she was on okra soup steady with avocado pear and vegetables cos of the folic acid and vitamins in them. till she delivered cos she was throwing up constantly any drugs. So u and baby will be fine ma
