Though, I don't know if anything would change if Abiola becomes President, however, the collective will of the people to oust the Military Junta that they were already tired of was dashed. His election was the first of its kind that drew people from all tribes closer

Option A4 and the two political parties were the best political system ever created in the country. No individual or group can lay claim owning any of the parties. The open ballot system was less expensive to run and rigging was almost impossible.

We now have a system where some political parties are purposely established to receive grants from inec.And rigging is still an issue 29 years after

If you do Option A4 in Lagos State today, Yoruba Agboros will attack Igbos and Hausas in opposition line with dangerous weapons.

It wouldn't work in Southwest.

Lol. Military held on to power till 1999. Yorubas have been pacified enough with Abiola's death.

2023 will make it 30 years since June 12 annulment. Time travels really fast (I dey pry 5 that year).

Abiola may have been a good choice in 1993. But for a better Nigeria don't vote APC next year.

The annulment was orchestrated to consolidate Northern hegemony in Nigeria.
