Looking at the e-Library built by Peter Obi and the e-library built by Akpabio within the same era, you can tell the difference between who is an underperformer with a mindset that poor quality projects are okay.

When will Nigeria develop if everything always has to be an inferior, poor-quality project? Everything has to be built with such extreme poor quality as though we are still in the 1940s!

Peter Obi supporters should STOP comparing him to Obiano because we all saw the 8 years tenure of both men and what they achieved! Peter Obi practically made noise for 8 years with ANIDS and achieved NOTHING tangible on the ground! While Obiano worked tirelessly to elevate the state to its current status as one of the fastest developing in the country!

Even comparing the QUALITY of Obiano's projects to the richest oil-producing states like Akwa Ibom, you'd thought Anambra was the oil-producing state and the others were not. Peter Obi should try his luck with becoming Nigerian president without trying to diminish Obiano. It is clear to even the blind that Obiano executed too many concrete HIGH QUALITY projects in Anambra. While Peter Obi cannot point to even a single high-quality project that he did!

Take a look at the Anambra workers secretariat that he built with billions of naira and compare it with the Enugu workers secretariat built in the same period with less funds to see what i mean!

Even comparing Anambra Secretariat to Enugu secretariat built around the same period, it is obvious that Peter Obi is tasteless.
If Obiano had built the Anambra secretariat, it would not look like a Russian prison yard. With Obi's characteristic brown paint on everything!

The strategy of Peter Obi is to rush to claim to have built something without paying ZERO attention to the QUALITY of the project! That is why his projects are of extremely LOW-QUALITY where they were completed at all.

That is where Obiano is a billion miles ahead of Peter Obi in everything because Obiano pays very close attention to ensure that the state gets the best QUALITY project at the same price.

Infact, Obiano visits his projects regularly to ensure the QUALITY is top-notch. While Obi will merely pay money to cronies for the state project, and they will deliver the WORST low-quality project at the highest cost for the state.
