Other source like statista or world bank don't make use of actual defence budget but spending, which covers both defence and off chart spending on defence equipments.




So Mr man, you will have to show me South Africa defence budget and spending that surpass that of Nigeria.

Defence doesn't work like that. Defence systems are acquired based on the security requirements/ threats of individual countries.


The security systems available to the Nigerian military is capable of dealing with all threats the Nigerian state will face now and in the future.
