You are very correct, but it's the thread in the filter that will be changed every three months. "According to my Plumber". Washing of the Tank too a necessity.


That's what Most water Factories use. If you're living on the Mainland & you've got a good borehole, Filter & tank cleaning is the way to go.

They're available commonly on the open market all over town. The brand name is GoodWill and are made I think in Ogun State, they were N5,300 (December 2021 price) per carton of four pieces of 24" X 24". I'm quite happy with them.

I would have chosen the plain off white ones too but I handed the project to my Wife to get her hands dirty. I didn't want to second guess her. They're just tiles and can be changed during future remodelling.

Yeah, you're right Sir...but for me, as long as the money is coming from my pocket, there are certain things I'll want to choose for myself, and tiles are definitely one of those (make my eyes no come dey scratch me everyday as I dey look the tiles). I'd prefer to involve my wife at the interior decor stage, which is easier to redo if needs be
