You're very correct. Abẹ́òkúta nipost is one of the best in Nigeria as your item hardly get lost. Since I've been picking through them, I've received virtually all my orders. Even the ones that exceeded the grace period after refunds have been sent, I still got the items later. Item don't get lost at the airport, it's from certain post offices those theft emanates from. All in all, nipost needs a total overhaul. Speedaf has taught us that shipping shouldn't be a rocket science.

I don't know much about paying with Barter virtual card but I have paid with pounds card before. If you didn't change your currency to the currency of the card you are using, it won't go through. Go to setting and see if your currency is in still in Naira. If it is, change it to dollars. Do not touch your location oooo... Location and currency dey the same place. Just change only currency and try again.

Please has anyone had this problem before? The parcel has arrived since April but nipost said they haven't received it that I should wait for phone call or sms. I also contacted the seller he extended the purchase protection time and I am yet to receive the parcel.

Except if package is not claimed, Speedaf doesn't offer package return to AliExpress/China, hence, you'll be billed ACCORDINGLY (not what you paid for on AliExpress).

My advice, just re-bargain and get a partial refund for inconvenience if still possible.

Peeps should stop considering Return and Refund when opening a dispute. It won't favour you except you have a contact going to China!

I have noticed they don't call. You just have to take it easy with them because the job no easy shaa. I mean attending to a lot of people. I am experiencing the same thing with the guy that delivers to me here in Awka. I was shocked to notice they sent my item back to Lagos, planning to send it back to China without my consent. An item I call them everyday to send to me since over 2 weeks it arrived. All I did yesterday was to forward a mail to all their emails address in different countries I saw on their website, about four of them. They emailed me and promised to send it back to me.

Mine is like that too arrived at nipost since April I have send my sister called them several times but they told me my package is not there I don't want to ask for my refund and they'll call me to take my package and I don't know how to pay the seller
