Not really. Aside the fact that they may receive your package late, they're not obligated to call you for pickup of unregistered items as they're not priority mails.

Also, some may lost track of your item(s), especially when they have bad record keeping/style, hence, searching for it will be an issue. Na then you'll hear: "it's not with us".

I have a rapport with 95% of members of staff of my PO, so, anyone that is on duty always reach out to me for pickup or send it across to my office if they have plans for that route.

Ikeja Post office, for the 2 times I sent unregistered items to my bro, never delivered any! So, you see why I don't generalise the NIPOST wahala!

They have a Maraba office. They can actually deliver to your address anyho but it’s not all items that get delivered some are pickup items.

I also made same mistake. I saw 256gb for about $3. I only read the positive reviews, ignoring the ones of one or two star rating. Most of them indeed had at most 64gb.
