convince your son to take a mattress to the parlour at night, they can share basic usage of the room during the day. You shall overcome

Very simple.. take one room for yourself.. let your wife share the remaining room with your children.

Anytime there's need, your wife can sleep in your room. Don't allow your kids dictate for you.. anyone of them that thinks he or she is old enough to stay in a separate room should go and rent an apartment him/herself
