I would have advised you to take the 120K, but where do you stay? Mainland or Island?. Have you also made inquiry as regards the working environment? Those are the factors to consider. Which one has more job security?

I'll sparogatively choose a job in a place I know my career would advance faster. The money should not be the goal, the goal should be' long term'.
...but job security should be a primary factor for the decision you make.

You will see a lot on the island that will motivate you and make you work harder. You will realise later if you are wise that you can achieve anything when you see young kids the are doing legitimate stuffs and living very big.

Pick the one you will be traveling against traffic...


Lagos Traffic is a huge factor in your decision making, else, you will be resuming late and organisations do not tolerate lateness under any guise in Lagos...of course..Not Traffic!

NB: This is just one of several key factors...others include transportation cost, housing, feeding and career path/growth

120k, since it has 13th month and leave allowance. Besides you will be spending nothing less than 1k5 or 2k daily commuting to the island with feeding

I would advise that you take the second option since you live on the Mainland. You life will be better for it.

Why considering your options, don't forget job security

Think long term, which one gives you more opportunity to grow and increase your income multiple folds in a couple of years. Any company that doesn't offer pension doesn't look like a structured place to work. Isn't pension compulsory by law provided the employer has a certain number of employees?
