He is right though, soldiers are trained to kill, Shoot first then ask questions later..That's why is not advisable to rush a soldier, his first instinct would be to stop u from coming any closer or harming him/her...by using what's within his reach, in dis case HIS GUN......Only police are specifically trained to immobilize or crowd control

US and Europe don't degrade their military to as lowly as monitoring/controlling traffic, we use then for anything in Nigeria, so it's left for the citizens to try to endure/contain their excesses to avoid stories that touch.

The rule of engagement is very clear and unambiguous:

Once your life is in danger, use maximum force without waiting for superior order.

Once lives and properties are about to be destroyed, application of maximum force is allowed..............

This same thing happened in Jos last year. A security guard with diamond bank threaten soldiers with cutlass. The soldiers were more than ten in number,they were going to maiduguri,they decided to make some transactions in jos,the soldiers moving in two hilux beg the security man to allow them access to the parking area of the bank,the security man declined. There was an argument and before you know it the security man went inside his hut to bring out cutlass threatening well armed soldiers, the soldiers didn't waste time in transferring him to hell fire.

how could a person fight someone with arm if not stupidity to the core........thats the rule any attempt to your life think of the riffle going into untrained personal so he actually did the right thing to protect the weapon n his comrade .......u knw what anger could cause let say he successfully kill the soldier and pick his arm the question is who next collect ...... that's why the soldier don't need to give him that space .
