Ok here is the solution
You have to find a good electrical that can tape your wires well especially the ones that are from the engine to the floor of the car.. water easily get to that part and there by causing a bridge of wires and then the electricity will go off. That is why your car won't start when you enter water, so if you are able to solve the wire linkage then you are good to go..

I finally got my car fixed with just 1000 naira just wire bridging and I'm enjoying my car with full comfort I have going through erosion all day long

EOD and discussion continue have their air intake somewhere down the car so once pass through it, it gets into ur engine
Try to get a mechanic to rework your air intake valve somewhere higher
