Please i have always struggled with this words in the bible "Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of his faithful servants." Psalm 116:15 Its always said at funerals.. Does it mean God is always happy when we die? |

Hezbola:Not when you or anyone else but when "His Owns" stay devoted to Him even to their deaths like a wife refusing to cheat on her dearly beloved husband even though she dies refusing to do so. Hezbola:That post you responded to is actually not of Truth!  A faithful servant of God is one who has been approved righteous by God Himself and the death of such a servant, whether peaceful on his or her death bed or in battle is precious to God. The unrighteous who die claiming they do so on behalf of God instead die in vain because God is not pleased by the sacrifices, pleas, praises, offerings, prayers, "good" works of the unrighteous. |
