Now I am older, I regret not taking my French classes seriously

French too me was like further mathematics, so damn difficult

I only knew jeudi, Mardi, mercredi

the same subject that my teacher almost sent me to the grave

Vendredi, Samedi, Dmanche...
I regret not taking French seriously as well. These days, there is very high competition and a second foreign Language is an added advantage. Last year, I enrolled for Chinese Class but stopped along the way.

Do they take french in Ghana too

It was an innocent question. Somehow I knew it wasn't Monday. People were writing french in junior waec and I was sleeping in the hall.
French was also my problem.

Well for me I won't say I was good enough in french but I do try so I no how to speak small!!!!

French isn't hard. There's very little to learn compared to other languages. And English has a lot of French loanwords, so the vocab isn't a big deal.

Learning the language has the main benefits of opening other African economies (for small businessmen and traders) a little more, enjoying Francophone (African and Caribbean) music more, and sweet talking North American and European women (black American women seem to love a French or British accent).
