The building is in an FG estate at Avu, the imo state conference center is dilapidated, I believe the old one will be demolished completely for the new one.

I hope he won't use 4 years to rehabilitate roads in Owerri. This obsession with Owerri is getting out of hand. Imo State is far beyond Owerri.

So conference centre is more important than roads. There are alternatives to conference centres unlike roads. Resources are limited,the most important are priorities.

I think it's true. This is what sane government prevent by ensuring that everyone enjoys basic amenities, irrespective of where they live. If they keep investing all in Owerri alone, everyone in Imo will relocate to Owerri to enjoy the basic things of life. This is a no-brainer.

oga nothing collapsed . It was lack of maintenance that building was there since it didn't collapse why must it collapse after rochas left the seat ? Even if the roof collapse what's there in renovating it ? Why didn't hope destroy house of assembly entirely why is he renovating that one ? This is one of the reason why every politician keeps on doing rubbish in imo state they can never continue from were the oast government stopped.
