A revisit to Achike Udenwa estate since the one of last year.

The inner roads have been improved on from what they were last year, and the estate looks neater.....probably down to the constructive criticism on last years clip. However, there's still room for improvement. A high-end and highbrow estate should be spotless. I'm still seeing a few wild bushes and overgrown vegetation here and there. And why are plot owners who are still develping their plots, allowed to dump their sand and other unsightly construction materials on the road in front of their properties? They can't even be bothered to clean up afterwards and leave the road as clean as they met it.

Also, we need to try and incorporate sidewalks and open green spaces into new estates in future. It should be mandatory and shown in the plans before approval is given. These conditions are necessary for the wellbeing, leisure and safety of the estate residents....for jogging, strolls, safety of kids riding their bikes, kids playgrounds, etc.
