I need you recommend good estates with modern houses, good electricity and road networks in oshogbo where one can get a nice 2 bedroom apartment. And the price range as well. Thanks.

Simply relocate to iragbiji the home town of the Lagos Lord where everything is in place and working out fine like in the UK

Since you work remotely. Go to oshogbo Lodge in a hotel. Move around town. Make friends.

But I doubt you'll see what you're looking for. Oshogbo is not that developed as you think.

I was like that before in 2017, i relocated from Ghana to Osogbo in 2018 because i do work remotely via fiverr and upwork and that decision was my best decision ever, i am now a landlord in osogbo within the short period, environment is good and peaceful though the light is not good as before. You can get 2 bedroom flat between 150k and 300k depends on your taste.

Same here. After my Nysc in 2018 in Osogbo, I stayed back because I had lived in Lagos all my life. I didn't regret it at all as I also work remotely as a freelancer.
I just enjoy osogbo cool life.

You will see cheap apartment, the room and parlor sef that I stay is just 130k/annum even though I can afford more bigger apartment, but I chose to stay low-key and bought land and Invest instead.
