Blacks in those hoods were placed in a hood where the resources for development and progression were non-existent and in most cases consciously made unavailable, I would have you consider. If I deprive just you of the nutrients for healthy growth you will be stunted. I feel the black race has had lots of time for correction though.
Whether in Africa or In USA, now with education, things can actually change but the problem is that there are lots of bad eggs in our black system.
