Is not possible anywhere with any connection to obtain passport without physical presence. Is called E-passport which needed your capturing and fingerprint. Embassy will need to read your passport through machine to confirm the authenticity of the details embedded in it via machine including your fingerprints, that’s why you do biometric at the embassy. Is possible with old passport but not E-passport

I am not making any claim in favour of or against Ekweremmadu. I am just pointing out the errors in Nigerian system. Why is the confirmation of the boy's age what is making headlines as an achievement of the immigration? It is not bad for immigration to help in confirming his age. But verifying the authenticity of the passport, which is the core duty of the immigration, should first make headline about the immigration's effort in the case. Confirmation of his age is the core duty of the population commission.

I feel sorry for the senator. The only thing that will save him is a well INFORMED CONSENT document .( Where all details of the kidney donation were written and signed by the young man, witnesses, and doctors)
And such consent will also state NO FEE involved. There is nothing like verbal consent for surgical procedures . But then again the young can say he wasn't well detailed or informed about what it means and the consequence ..

Informed consent for organ donation .... means 1, A qualified nephrologists/surgeon has told you what the surgery means and the consequences , 2. You have been evaluated by the mental health specialist to know if you have the capacity to make important decisions about your life and health . That's how the uk health system works and I doubt if senator has this.

Anything short of this the senator, is organ harvesting irrespective of age. The young man might have lied about his age but its inconsequential to the charges on the Senator.

The young man involved in the controversial organ harvesting scandal that led to the arrest and detention of Senator Ike Ekweremadu and his wife Beatrice in the UK, David Nwamini Ukpo, has taken to social media to tell his own side of the story.

According to David Nwamini in a Facebook post on Saturday, June 25th, he was allegedly lured from Nigeria to London for the harvesting of his kidney without his consent.

He claimed that they promised him a job and never told him about the organ donation, adding that he got to know about the organ harvesting through the physician who was going to perform the procedure on him.

Ukpo’s post tiled “My journey to UK” read, “On one fateful day I met a man named okoro in a building site where I was working for my daily bread, okoro told me he like me, he want to help me achieve my dream because he saw me as a great person. He told me could you like to work in UK I just started laughing because I don’t have money for that, then I told him no am not interested and asked me why I told him I don’t have money for that.

“I have no other option than to accept the offered, after two day the man came to the building site again and told me the senator wanted to see me so we could start the visa processing, then I dropped my shovel and head pan and went to bath immediately.

“Their later gave me a room on that mansion and snap me a passport photographs and told their will start my visa processing immediately. the kind of food I ate there my generation haven’t ate it before. I once work with a rich man, whenever he wanted to deposit money in the bank, he would call the branch manager to come his house with counting machine and everything will done in his house regardless of the time of the day. if he was born in 0ctober 2000, then 21 and 22 are not out of place. The actual should be 21 as he still has few months to his 22nd birthday. But if you consider year and not month, he is 22. The two scenerious are used interchangeably. I don't believe he is 15 though

His legal team cannot save him, human Trafficking is a big issue against the law in the UK. The UK has being having problems with Nigerian Elites trafficking people into the UK for organ harvesting. It doesn't matter if the boy/man is 22,21,15 or 47 years old. He was still trafficked into the UK by Ekweremadu.

All those Rubbish are "ABSOLUTELY IRRELEVANT" to the UK Authorities. It Is only In Shiithole they can address such things due to the lowest set of humans who reside there. It has been confirmed they flew him over there to harvest his organs regardless he Is 40 or 50years. This allegation alone Is a grave offense. Some Nigerians are Just too stvpid to see that.
